  Our experience at this apartment complex has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, Linda, the property manager, has been absolutely amazing — she’s incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we understood every step of the move-in process, and truly made us feel at home before we even had the keys. You can tell she really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth and welcoming. I also want to give huge credit to Pablo, the handyman. He’s a very hard worker and it shows in the quality of his work. When we first saw the apartment and then again on move-in day, we were blown away by how beautiful everything looked. He got so much done in such a short amount of time, and nothing looked rushed or halfway done — every detail was perfect. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and it makes a big difference. Overall, the staff here truly makes this place feel like home. Linda and Pablo are the kind of people who make you feel confident you chose the right community. Highly recommend!

  Don’t rent from fpi dog shit everywhere maintenance is always changing Linda manager is horrible she always try and charge you a late fee but don’t fix problems in a timely manner roaches in every unit busy street you hear traffic all day kitchens is still In 1992 walls a thin you can hear everything next door dont do it you have been warned

  I would like to thank the management for my 4 years of stay in Pacific Palms Apartments. My family and I were very grateful for all those years! It was really a great experience! I am highly recommending Pacific Palms Apartments (4415 North Pershing Ave) to all! I have had a pleasure of communicating with Mr.Kevin Williams, the Manager and can confidently say that he is among the most reliable, flexible, dependable, trustworthy, patient, very clean and artistic, very intelligent and capable person I have had the privelege of knowing! I admire his work ethic and can-do attitude all time! Paciific Palms Apartments is very lucky to have you! Thank you for the excellent service Mr. Williams! To Mr.Jr our handyman, thank you for everything you’ve done for us, you’re such a very helpful, patient and hardworking person!
