  I had a horrible experience living here to the point I had to end my lease early due to unsafe living conditions. We had a prostitute literally next door so if you’re about to rent apt 23 don’t. She’d constantly get in fights with her babydaddy to where she was getting beat in the lawn. It was an everyday occurrence. Now she allows 5 people and babies live with her as well. They threatened to shoot us up simply because we had cameras and kept reporting them. They also broke our window the last day there. The apartment did nothing about it. Also there’s a huge homeless problem that’s never addressed I had a homeless man chase me and my baby out of the trash area and one master baiting in front of our balcony, I reported it yet they don’t take security measure to prevent it. Also my car got broken into multiple times also because of the homeless people and there’s no cameras so they never do anything about it. People park in your assigned spot and the most they do is leave a note. The pool was closed the whole summer and the laundry machines are almost always broken or the dryers have tons of animal hair that coat your clothes even if you don’t have animals. Also maintenance does coverup repairs. Whatever they repair will go back to being broken in a matter of a week.

  This place is the best! The staff is amazing and attentive to your needs. Jaqueline and the entire team are so good and always on It. I’m starting my third year here and so very happy with the place the staff and everything else. Thank you Ironhorse for being my home and making me feel safe and secure always.

  I genuinely love living here. From day one the experience has been smooth, organized, and honestly way better than I expected. When I first moved in the staff handled everything with real care. They explained things clearly, answered questions before I even had to ask, and made me feel like they actually wanted me here, not like I was just another tenant on a list. The communication continues to be top tier. They always give a heads up on anything happening around the property, and the reminders they send are friendly and helpful. I never feel out of the loop and I always feel like they respect my time. Maintenance is fast, professional, and easy to talk to. Any time I have needed something, it was handled quickly without any runaround or attitude. The groundskeeping team keeps the property clean and taken care of, which is something I appreciate every time I come home from work. I also have to mention that I have had zero pest or bug issues since I moved in. That alone says a lot about how well the place is managed. But what really stands out to me is the customer service. The staff here makes you feel comfortable and supported. They treat people with respect, patience, and kindness, and that goes a long way. It honestly makes the whole place feel welcoming. Keep doing what you all are doing because you have made my stay here more than comfortable and I truly appreciate it.

  I have been living in these apartments for 7 months and couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. From day one, the staff's attention has been exceptional, especially Jacqueline, who has always been attentive, quick, and very kind. Her dedication and willingness to help have made my experience here even more positive.
