  WARNING, this place is dangerous, bad management, only trouble here. Only troublemakers and stalkers here. I lived here for a while in the past but thank god he led me away. Manager is two faced.

  The manager is rude, mean, and nasty. She yells at tenants and talks down to them whenever u ask for repairs to be done in the home. There are roaches everywhere. It's disgusting and a horrible place to live. I do not recommend this place to anyone... MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF!!!!!!

  I only had the chance of living here for a year, I had to move due to a change in work but if I could have I would have loved to stay. It really was a pleasure to live here. Never once had a problem with getting in touch with management, never an issue with the laundry facility nor with the parking situation. The garages are actually quiet spacious. Over all great experience living here, especially since this was my first apartment moving from the east coast to CA.

  I just would like to say , the new on sight manager has really been helpful n professional in explaining the changes and the over all expectations of what harbor is all about , I just wanted to let her supervisor know of her conduct n helpful manner
