  For a first time renter, with no clue what to do, Linda made the application process so smooth and easy. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and absolutely kind. I witnessed a couple of interactions not only between her and potential tenants but also with Dave, the maintenance man (also super sweet and helpful when I was lost trying to find Linda’s office) and could instantly tell that she builds great relationships with community. To me, it spoke so much about her character. Needless to say, I lucked out as a “first timer” and I look forward to my residence here under her management. Thank you so much, Linda!!

  ms. Linda has been very helpful with the movinin process as well as the application process. she is very reliable and always a phone call away. I love how she manages the property. she also has great customer service while dealing with her tenants. I hope she stays with this property for a long time. thank you so much for your hospitality

  The Courtyard Apartments is one of the best places to live in Stockton, I can sit here and say all kinds of things, but what I am going to say is that. These apartments have the best three people running them, the property manager Alicia pries and the leasing manager Ms. Linda, and one of the best maintenance guy J.R, and when you say J.R please make sure to be heavy on the letter (J) okay to make a long story short just picture these players on the same team. Steph Curry Draymond Green Clay Thompson playing together that's how our team is here at Country Club Apartment
