  I moved to live in this place and I love it, it feels like a safe and comfortable place to live. The very attentive manager Scarleth, she helped us a lot. I highly recommend living in this place to people who are looking for a place to be. The unit was super renovated and clean and they received us with a gift basket

  I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience as a resident at bridal path. I lived in this complex for approximately one year, and throughout that time I encountered multiple issues that were never properly addressed, resulting in significant stress, inconvenience, and an overall unsafe and unsanitary living environment. First, it was extremely difficult to communicate with management. On numerous occasions you were present in the office but refused to open the door or assist residents. This lack of accessibility and professionalism is unacceptable for someone responsible for managing residential property. Additionally, the complex suffers from a severe stray cat problem. Cats roam the property freely, scratch residents’ vehicles, and run into the parking lot, posing safety hazards. This issue has been ignored despite residents bringing it to your attention. From the very beginning, the move-in process was unprofessional. Instead of providing an in-person tour of the unit, she only showed printed photos. Other residents reported receiving even less — no tour and no photos — only the keys. This is not an appropriate or transparent way to present a rental property. One of the most serious issues I experienced was the plumbing. For three weeks, sewage from other units backed up into my bathtub and filled my toilet. This created a health hazard and forced me to live in extremely unsanitary conditions. Although you repeatedly claimed the issue was fixed, the problem continued. This situation alone indicates a severe lack of adequate maintenance. The exterior environment also caused damage to personal property. Parking under certain trees resulted in sap or residue that ruined the paint on my car. The grounds were not well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the complex was consistently neglected. Upon moving out, I was unfairly charged for alleged carpet damage, despite leaving the carpet clean and well-maintained. It is my belief that these charges were unnecessary and applied in an attempt to withhold a portion of my security deposit. Additionally, the return of my deposit took a full month, which is unreasonable. Based on my experience, I would rate this apartment complex 1/10 and cannot recommend it to others. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that conditions will be improved for future residents and that the issues I experienced are taken seriously.

  8 months living in this place feels you’re home; so quiet, everything is clean (laundry, surroundings, pool) and people here are friendly also Scarleth is so nice. When we need to fix something the supervisor helps us immediately. Our fur baby likes here too and have here daily walk around the place. We also feel safe. So happy that we chose here!
