They do not respond to emails, they do not answer the phone, they do not call back and it has been 4 months and they have sent 1 payment and have made up countless excuses and will not do what they are supposed to do when the invoice is sent and approved. Its unprofessional and unacceptable. We deal with Rachel and Jacob, I talk to myself on emails becuase I get no response or a rude one with no information from her… I should not have to waste so much time trying to follow up on one client and figure out why I am not receiving payment. They also give false information and have you go in circles! Take your money and clients elsewhere..
