I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding staff here. Daniel, the manager, has been consistently great—professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to making this a comfortable place to live. His assistant, Angelica, is just as wonderful. She’s always pleasant, responsive, and attentive whenever I’ve needed help.
I also want to highlight the new maintenance team, Joseph and Josue. Since they came on board, the difference has definitely been noticeable. They’re efficient, hardworking, and bring such positive attitudes to everything they do. Requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.
Overall, the entire team really embodies what great customer service should be—friendly, reliable, and proactive. It makes a big difference in the living experience, and it’s truly appreciated.

Had an apartment tour here and all of the staff was great. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Apartments looked nice and updated.
This apartment complex is nice! The staff are nice and I don’t have any trouble with my neighbors. HOWEVER, GETTING YOUR TIRES STOLEN HERE IS PRACTICALLY ROUTINE and security is AWFUL. Within 2 months of living here, a car parked a few down from mine had their tires stolen, my neighbor told me his dad’s tires were stolen before, and now my sister’s tires have been stolen. It’s ridiculous. There’s no cameras here to protect you and security is not around all night. The few times I’ve seen them, they’re usually sitting parked and on their phone. So if you plan on living here, put some locks on your tires or be prepared to pay for four brand new tires.

My husband and I toured Eight Mile House on Monday, 11/25 around 1 PM and unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the moment we walked into the leasing office. The front desk lady didn’t offer a warm greeting at all. Her demeanor was so nonchalant that it immediately set a negative tone for the visit and honestly made me second-guess even going on the tour.
We requested to see both a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom but were told there were no 1-bedrooms available to show. While touring the complex and viewing the 2-bedroom unit, the leasing agent didn’t speak, ask us any questions or provide any information about the property unless we specifically asked. It was extremely odd and unlike any apartment tour I’ve ever had. Typically, leasing staff are eager to highlight features, answer questions, and make you feel welcomed — we experienced none of that here.
Not only that but the apartment itself felt so dingy and felt like a cave inside. It is SO small inside and the overall appearance of the walkways are covered in trash and tall grass.
I was genuinely excited to tour this community, but after that interaction, we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere. If I were Eight Mile House, I would strongly consider hiring someone who is knowledgeable, welcoming, and actually tries to sell prospective residents on living there. A better first impression would go a long way.
