  I recently moved in and had a great experience from start to finish. The move in process was fast, smooth, and well organized. Linda has been amazing very responsive and quick to help whenever I need something fixed in my apartment. It really makes a difference knowing concerns are handled right away. So far, I’m very happy living here!

  I've had such a great experience with Courtyard Apartments! The community is clean, peaceful, and really well taken care of. The landscaping is always maintained, and you can tell the staff truly cares about the property and the people who live here. The management team has been especially wonderful-super friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which makes a huge difference. It's also in a really convenient location, close to shopping, resturants and everything you need. Overall, it feels like a safe and comfortable place to call home. I would absolutely recommend Courtyard Apartments to anyone looking in the Stockton area!

  I have been a tenant at this property 15 years. This is our home and Linda the property manager has been here the last 3 years! She is proactive if I face any problems. Quick to respond and quick to get work done. We have seen a fair share of Managers throughout the years and I have got to say she is one that I appreciate! This is a very small community and several of us look at for each other if you want a long term place to call home this is a great place to be..

  My husband, our son, and I recently had a tour with Linda from the property management team, and it was such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable right away and took her time showing us around without ever making us feel rushed. Linda gave us tours of both Pacific Palms and Courtyard Apartments, which we really appreciated because it helped us compare options and get a better feel for what might work best for our family. She did an excellent job explaining everything in a clear and organized way, giving us an all-in-one summary that covered the units, amenities, and application process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a smooth, helpful, and positive experience. Linda truly went above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend working with her!
