I'm surprised at how quickly they respond! I use to have be in property management . I understand both sides, if you will. - JBJudi BurnesOct 11, 20253.0I've lived here twice, first time for over 3 years, this time for 4 going on 5. In that time, since 2011, Fountain Glen has gone downhill & It's looking shabby. The carpet in my building is awful; stains of heaven only knows what and vacuumed very seldom. It used to be there was a maintenance person that cleaned up the laundry and trash rooms and vacuumed the carpet at lease once a week...no more. The outside landscaping needs revamping; renting to the type of tenants that dont throw food and garbage off their balconies and more enforcement of what cars are parked in our lots. Only management knows how many untagged or abandoned cars have been towed recently, or why the patios/balconies continue to be funn of furniture and junk. On the bright side, 90% of the tenants are wonderful, management has been providing some really fun parties and group activities for us. We won't talk about the high rent raises because all we can do about that is move on out. By the way, these surveys are of no use and the only reason I answered this one was because I was waiting for my laundry to get done.
