High standard great to have such a professional and dedicated manager makes living here so easy she really cares about the residence and it shows in her work always pleasant and makes you Feel heard.

  I have loved visiting my friend who has lived at Villas Apartments for the past three years! From the moment she moved in, I was impressed by how well-maintained and clean the entire property was. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the apartments themselves are spotless. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment truly made a difference with my visits. The staff at The Villas are exceptional—always friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. Whether it was a maintenance request or just a quick question, they were always prompt and courteous. Their dedication to making residents feel at home is evident in everything they do. Overall, my time at The Villas Apartments has been nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed place to call home. I am hoping to move here in the near future!

  Conrad Villas is nothing like all the apartments around it. They have upgraded apartments, hardwood floors, updated appliances, beautiful grounds. They go out of their way to have repairs done same day or next day. Residents are respectful and friendly. So students looking for quiet, parents looks for close schools, seniors looking for asafe place to call home. Conrad Villas is the place for you. I have been here 8 years. I have no plan to move. Plus management is the best there is and we have a now company that is going over board making fabulous changes for the better for us residents.
