  can you guys change or update the unit numbers where they show for delivery drivers it’s pretty difficult to see them

  As a resident, I can confirm the office staff are the furthest from helpful, the units have all sorts of bugs and rodents, the complex is always under construction, etc. You would be much better off taking your hard earned money anywhere else

  I do not recommend this apartment complex. I was going to wait until I was ready to move out before posting a review, but it can't wait as there are so many issues. The main issue is that I have tried to set up auto pay multiple times and have ended up paying late fees because the billing system isn't reliable. I end up needing to drop off a check at the office. This is inconvenient and the rent autopay is a scam. The "updates" to the buildings (painting, repairing wood stairs/patios/etc) are not beautiful. Instead of replacing a whole section of the stairway banister, they cut a chunk off, slapped a random piece on, and put paint on it. Construction materials are not cleaned up in a reasonable amount of time. There is dog poop everywhere. They just changed their policy charging people $100 for not picking up after their pets but that isn't being enforced yet. Packages are left out on the counter in the Amazon locker and other residents steal them. The posted signs in the mailroom do not help. I regret re-signing my lease with Lakeview Village and can't wait until I move out.
