  I had a very disappointing experience with Valle at Canyon due to misleading pricing and hidden fees. The apartment was advertised at around $2,000 per month, which is what initially drew me in. However, after all mandatory fees were added, the final rent came out to approximately $2,700 per month. These additional charges were not clearly disclosed upfront and only became apparent late in the leasing process. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic and made it extremely difficult to budget or make an informed decision. If you are considering this property, I strongly recommend asking for a full, itemized breakdown of all fees before applying. Transparency is lacking, and the actual cost is far higher than what is advertised.

  Seem like nice apartments quiet area. Did not hear any yelling or loud noises seems like a peaceful place to live although I do not live there a friend of mine does and she appears to don't like it.

  I’ve been living here with my girlfriend and our dog for a little over six months, and I highly recommend it. The complex is pet-friendly, which has been a big plus for us. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, both the one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts offer plenty of room. The price and quality are excellent. The community is warm, quiet, and safe. Management does a great job and has a solid maintenance program, everything is kept in very good condition. The residents-only laundry room is clean and well maintained, and the pool and parking areas are also in great shape. Parking spaces are assigned; although it would be great to have visitor parking, it hasn’t been a major issue. Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful, safe, and pet-friendly place to live, this is a very good option.
