  This place runs on bait-and-switch tactics. Management presents one price, then quietly stacks on fee after fee with no clear explanation. There is a serious lack of honesty and professionalism throughout the leasing process. What’s advertised as a $1971 two-bedroom is nowhere near the real monthly cost once all the extras are forced on you. The real cost is $2700! Transparency is nonexistent, questions go unanswered, and it’s clear residents are treated like numbers, not people. There are far better options than dealing with this kind of operation.

  Avoid this place at all costs. Management is scummy and completely dishonest. They lure you in with a base rent, then bury you in hidden fees they never clearly disclose. There is zero transparency—everything feels intentionally misleading. A so-called “$1,875” 2-bedroom quickly turns into $2750 once all the bogus add-ons appear. Communication is poor, accountability is nonexistent, and management clearly does not care about residents. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

  I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Valley Company due to misleading rent advertisements and excessive hidden fees. Units are commonly advertised at a reasonable rate (around $2,000), but after mandatory add-ons and fees are applied, the actual monthly rent increases dramatically—by hundreds of dollars, in my case reaching approximately $2,700. These costs are not clearly or transparently disclosed upfront and often only become apparent late in the leasing process, after time and money have already been invested. This practice feels deceptive and makes it very difficult for prospective tenants to make informed financial decisions. Renters should be cautious and request a complete, itemized breakdown of all required fees before applying or signing anything. Based on my experience, Valley Company lacks transparency, and the true cost of living at their properties is far higher than what is advertised.
