  I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for our new property manager. Isaiah Smith From the very beginning, he has made a strong and positive impression. He’s been actively taking care of every issue in the apartment and following through on everything he said he would do. When he mentioned fixing the TVs, he made sure it got done. I could honestly go on and on, but I just want to give him credit for making life at 988 such a great experience. He doesn’t just talk the talk—he walks the walk. He’s very easy to approach, and I always feel comfortable coming to him with any concerns, knowing he will take care of them. Because of him, living here doesn’t just feel like being neighbors—it feels like a real community, like family. And I truly feel that’s what he’s helped bring to 988. I’ve been living at 988 for two years now . #314 . Thank you again Isaiah Smith

  I’ve had an excellent experience with both the maintenance team and property management. The property is consistently well-maintained, clean, and organized, which really shows the level of care and attention they put into the community. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, and the team is always professional, courteous, and respectful of residents’ time and space. It’s reassuring to know that any issues are taken seriously and resolved quickly. The property manager is equally impressive—approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating a positive living environment. Communication is clear and timely, and they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and supported. Overall, their dedication and professionalism make this a great place to live.   I’ve lived here for over a year now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The apartments are well maintained, spacious, and surprisingly quiet. One of the biggest highlights is the maintenance team—requests are handled promptly, and they are always friendly and professional. The management staff is approachable and truly cares about the residents, which makes a noticeable difference. The common areas are consistently clean, the landscaping is well kept, and the amenities are exactly as advertised. Parking has never been an issue for me, and I always feel safe around the property. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. Overall, it feels like a real community rather than just an apartment complex. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living environment.
