  My work leases office space from nine88 and the staff is always amazing! John and Don are especially kind and helpful. My boss got locked out of her office on accident and these two went out of their way to help us. Truly have nothing but kind words to say about the staff at nine88. In fact, give them raises!!!

  Poor application support . I came to your review and staff said there is an available room, but it disappeared when I applied online . Even when I applied another room, staff feedback after a week. Leasing process are online but nothing happen after that. Feel like be ghosted.

  I recently toured this property, and I was thoroughly impressed! The location is absolutely perfect. Just minutes away from shopping and BART, making commuting and errands super convenient. The amenities are modern, updated, and very well maintained, which really adds to the overall experience. On top of that, the staff were incredible.

  We have been living here since 2022. Location is very convenient, and building amenities are practical, including gym, community rooms, and pool. We had close to zero issues in our time with the building. However, we are extremely disappointed with the new management’s handling of our move-out. It has now been 30 days since our lease end date, and we have still not received our security deposit or our overpayment refund as promised. We reached out multiple times and were told the matter was being handled and that tracking information would be provided, but follow-ups went unanswered and promised updates never came. I would strongly caution potential residents to be proactive and document everything when dealing with financial matters here.
