The parking situation is not perfect but it's the best that you'll find for the Costa Mesa / Santa Ana area - there's always a spot somewhere even if it's a walk. The only major downside is that you must be careful securing your car, try to park inside the gate because outside the gate in the guest parking there have been break-ins, drilled keyholes, stolen tires, ect. The staff will absolutely do their very best for you and will be on your side. The laundry room can be rough at peek hours of the day, but at odd hours I can easily take up 4 washers/dryers at time. Great gym that is often empty. Sense of community is superb and the neighbors are the best. We were sad to leave and will miss it greatly.

The water in the bathroom sink doesn't drain well, everyone smokes weed or cigarettes on their balconies so we can never have our sliding door open, we have had our toilet flood in the middle of the night twice, they put hardwood floors in the upstairs apartments so you can hear your neighbor piss. The people who work here are great. Just whatever idiot decided to put hardwood floor on the upstairs apartments needs to be fired. Walls are paper thin so very little insulation and windows do not hold cold air in very well so your AC set to 78 will turn on and off every 6 to 8 minutes in the summer.

She was also really patient with my son who was not as thrilled as I was to be on the tour (lol). Great first impression of how they treat their residents. Thank you Sabrina!
