- RCRobin CyrJun 18, 20261.0Horrible place to live because of Michelle. She’s always sending out unsolicited notifications and not being reasonable… it’s her way or no other way. I got a notice to cut the grass when it was raining. She said it must be cut the same day no exceptions. I have an electric lawnmower, so I can’t cut the grass in the rain. It was just cut a week ago, slightly overgrown but not bad. Avoid all Cove Communities including Grant Village, Dunlop and Rayner Village. Zero stars worthy.
