We submitted a maintenance request because our bathtub faucet was dripping. Usually, these “non-emergency” requests take up to 48-72 hours to process, but the maintenance employee Chris jumped in to help us within 24 hours. He was able to efficiently fix the drip and we are very grateful for his willingness to expedite the process.

Great place to live! The apartment is freshly renovated, and the community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Ty, the leasing manager, is outstanding—very helpful, professional, and responsive.
The only downside is that the guest parking spaces are quite smaller than usual.
Overall, still a very positive experience and I would recommend living here
My dryer has not worked properly since I moved in. Early on, I was told a vendor would need to service it, but despite multiple requests, only maintenance staff have been sent. The washer was replaced, which did not resolve the issue.
There is still no airflow from the dryer vent, my clothes do not dry, and lint is not being collected—resulting in damage to my clothing. Due to the ongoing issue, I have had to use a laundromat.
I recently submitted another request and specifically asked for a qualified vendor to address the problem. The response I received was brief and lacked clear information, and I have not received any follow-up.
This issue remains unresolved, and I will be filing a formal complaint if it is not addressed promptly.
