  I would like to leave a positive review for maintenance guy Matias Rodriguez who recently repaired the drywall in my bathroom . He did an excellent job , the repair was done very professionally neatly and with great attention to detail . The finished result looks smooth and seamless . You can’t even tell there was damage before. I truly appreciate his hard work and quality craftsmanship . Thank you , Marios , for the outstanding service . Best regards

  I’ve been living at Sofi Wood Ranch East for the past few months, and my experience has been great. Keira, the leasing consultant, has truly gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. From move-in to any questions or concerns, she has been responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, well-kept, and welcoming place to live.

  I currently live here and the leasing office is a complete disorganized mess. They never answer their phones when you try to go in person they have a notice on their door "will be back by this time" its ridiculous. they never have the same staff always hiring employees from temp agencies thats why no one ever knows whats going on.

  The service request was handled very quickly and professionally by Chris. The great service here is par for the course which includes the great Leasing Office staff. They’re even currently having the exterior of all the buildings painted, even though they don’t look as if it’s needed. But the main plus for me about Sofi at Wood Ranch is its beautiful resort-style living among its surrounding green hills. It’s a wonderful community and place to live!
