At first, it looks nice from the outside—but once you start living there, everything changes. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin. You can hear every conversation from your neighbors, and they can hear you too. There is zero soundproofing. Even when it rains, it literally feels like it’s raining right on top of your head. We lasted only two weeks before we had to leave. If you value peace, comfort, and basic privacy, avoid this place.

Be cautious - even years later, you may receive unexpected collection notices over disputed amounts. Personally, I would think twice before applying, given how poorly this situation was handled.
