  Shannon is truly one of the kindest, most patient, and most understanding property managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the very beginning, she has always gone above and beyond to make sure that residents feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Whether it’s a maintenance request, a question about the property, or just needing a bit of understanding during a tough time, I know I can always reach out to her and she’ll respond with care and professionalism. What really stands out about Shannon is how human she is in her approach. Life doesn’t always go perfectly, and sometimes things come up that make managing day-to-day responsibilities a little harder. During those moments, it makes such a difference to have a property manager who sees you as a person first, not just another tenant on paper. Shannon consistently shows empathy and patience, treating every situation with fairness and compassion. It is clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the people who live in the community she manages. Her positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help make her an absolute asset. Having someone like Shannon overseeing the property gives me peace of mind and makes this place feel much more like home.

  Special thanks to the team for always be so responsive and fast with any maintenance issues. Victor is fantastic ! He’s thorough yet gets the job done quick. We’ve lived here for a few years now and each year we like it more. Thank you for all that you do!

  Where do I start. I am so happy we ended up here at Shadow Ridge. I was drawn in by the beautiful well kept grounds, trees and plants galore. Then I was hooked with the well maintained buildings. We have lived here a few years and I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful how dog friendly it is here. My dog loves visiting the office to say hi to Erin who is very welcoming. He then will make his rounds saying hi to everyone else in the office. Maintenances has always been fast to respond and fix any issues we might have. I feel the staff works hard to keep this place running smooth and I really do appreciate it. Keep up the good work

  I had a water leak in my apartment recently, and the management team handled it really well. Erin, Jose and Victor responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had the issue resolved right away. It was a stressful situation, but their good communication and fast action made it much easier to deal with. I really appreciate how attentive and professional the staff were
