What really stands out about Shannon is how human she is in her approach. Life doesn’t always go perfectly, and sometimes things come up that make managing day-to-day responsibilities a little harder. During those moments, it makes such a difference to have a property manager who sees you as a person first, not just another tenant on paper. Shannon consistently shows empathy and patience, treating every situation with fairness and compassion. - BBBrandyOct 31, 20255.0Where do I start. I am so happy we ended up here at Shadow Ridge. I was drawn in by the beautiful well kept grounds, trees and plants galore. Then I was hooked with the well maintained buildings. We have lived here a few years and I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful how dog friendly it is here. My dog loves visiting the office to say hi to Erin who is very welcoming. He then will make his rounds saying hi to everyone else in the office. Maintenances has always been fast to respond and fix any issues we might have. I feel the staff works hard to keep this place running smooth and I really do appreciate it. Keep up the good work

Erin, Jose and Victor responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had the issue resolved right away. It was a stressful situation, but their good communication and fast action made it much easier to deal with. I really appreciate how attentive and professional the staff were
