  I was extremely disappointed with this apartment complex after touring two separate 2 bedroom units. The exterior structures throughout the property appear cheaply "renovated" and poorly maintained, with visible rotting wood, missing pieces, and general neglect across the grounds. This immediately raised concerns about overall upkeep. Inside the apartments, the condition was worse. The first unit I toured, which had carpet, had an overwhelming odor of filth that was impossible to ignore. It was shocking that the carpet had not been replaced, especially given the condition and smell. The second unit, which had vinyl or wood-style flooring, smelled slightly better but was still clearly substandard. The upgrades were very cheap and poorly done — it was obvious that surfaces had been painted over without proper cleaning, with dust and debris sealed underneath. Both bedrooms in the units had carpet with clearly visible dirt, stains, and loose debris. When I returned to the leasing office and asked whether the carpets would be cleaned or replaced, I was told they would not be and that they were already cleaned (they weren't). You could also tell the units had not been painted given the wear and tear on the walls; the scratches and scuffs that remained. For a two-bedroom unit priced at nearly $2,400 per month, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable. The condition of these apartments felt like a slumlord situation paired with astronomical pricing. The experience was a complete waste of my time, and I would strongly caution anyone considering this complex to tour very carefully and ask detailed questions about cleaning and maintenance standards before applying.

  Sage Creek is very nice and quiet Apartment and the leasing office staff are very nice and friendly…the manager Miranda she was very helpful during the application approval and also Andrea was very sweet and welcoming! I truly want to stay with this community until we become a house owner! And also I want to mention their one bedroom apartment which is quite affordable and very nicely and cozy! I love my new apartment in Sage Creek 👌🏻😍

  Maintenance people are horrible moved in 2 weeks ago and they don’t know how to fix anything they are unprofessional and very slow on work orders . New maintenance people need to be hired or some one who actually knows how to do work They are never on top of how the apartments complex looks as for as clean they don’t pick up or try to keep the property looking nice at all very disappointed.

  My husband and I moved into sage creek apartments in November after moveing multiple times. We finally found home :) when we first moved in we spoke with Crystal she helped us through literally every step of the way i must have called her 50 times with questions and everytime she was right there to answer all of my questions.She is knowlegeable and the kindest person. The staff here is absolutely amazing! this place is amazing and dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Not to mention the attentive and knowlegable maintanance crew. just last week i had an issue with my dishwasher that i had caused i called the office and i kid you not they were literally at my door 5 min later fixed everything in a total of about 15 min no issues anymore and running strong thank you misael and jesus for your amazing work ! shout out to Geo for his amazing and hard work aswell love you guys
