I truly want to stay with this community until we become a house owner! And also I want to mention their one bedroom apartment which is quite affordable and very nicely and cozy! I love my new apartment in Sage Creek 👌🏻😍
- YRYeni RAug 26, 20221.0Maintenance people are horrible moved in 2 weeks ago and they don’t know how to fix anything they are unprofessional and very slow on work orders . New maintenance people need to be hired or some one who actually knows how to do work They are never on top of how the apartments complex looks as for as clean they don’t pick up or try to keep the property looking nice at all very disappointed.

We finally found home :) when we first moved in we spoke with Crystal she helped us through literally every step of the way i must have called her 50 times with questions and everytime she was right there to answer all of my questions.She is knowlegeable and the kindest person. The staff here is absolutely amazing! this place is amazing and dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Not to mention the attentive and knowlegable maintanance crew. just last week i had an issue with my dishwasher that i had caused i called the office and i kid you not they were literally at my door 5 min later fixed everything in a total of about 15 min no issues anymore and running strong thank you misael and jesus for your amazing work ! shout out to Geo for his amazing and hard work aswell love you guys
- DDDez DMar 15, 20201.0Terrible place to live. I had cars parked in my parking space all the time and management refused to do anything about it even when my side mirror was vandalized. I had to file a formal complaint against the manager due to her lack of help despite me meeting with her in person leaving dozen of calls with messages with no reply. I never saw a towing truck during the 3 years I lived there. Also the locks on the gates were constantly broke so anyone from the street can walk into the apartment complex. There's alot of serious issues. I've contacted Davlyn Investments many times yet never got a phone call back despite filing a complaint against the manager and leaving a voicemail to the CEO Jon Williams. The generic reply to this comment is the extent of any action they might do but the odds are low.
