We really enjoyed the area, and my husband and I often took walks along the greenway that leads to the park. I like how convenient the area is because It’s close to a lot of stores but it’s still a very quiet place to live. We’re moving out because we purchased a home, but we wanted to share our positive experience. Everything was always taken care of quickly, and the rental office was consistently helpful and responsive to all our questions.

- JJJames JukesJul 28, 20181.0A brutal experience. I signed a lease 2 years ago that said I would not pay water. A year ago they raised my rent and demanded I pay water on top of that. In just 2 years the rent has gone up well over $300. Now they demand I buy renters insurance. I'm told if I don't like it I should move out. The new lease says they plan to convert to condos anyways. So they'll will kick the renters out anyways. Do not lease! They are converting to condos soon! They will take your money and run!
