  We would like to talk about Karen Apable. This board works daily with Karen addressing work orders, homeowner needs, checking records and various other needs. Karen is always kind, professional and extremely efficient. Without Karen our property would not, could not function as well as we do each day.Karen is an invaluable asset to every community she serves. Cheri E

  I spoke with Faylina who was very informative and worked with me to addressed my concerns so I could go on about my day. Great response time, you can tell when someone cares about what they do, it really adds to the quality of service and overall experience. Thank you !

  One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrible. First, they put a $268 charge on my HOA account that was a bogus charge. Then when I called them, I got some person in a foreign country that had no authority other than to say I will pass this complaint on to the appropriate people and get back to you. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I called again and got the same message. This went on for months. They will not let you talk to anyone with authority. They just say we will get back to you. It's like they stole the money, and they are going to keep it. Horrible and a waste of my time for $268 that they stole from me. That's why they are one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. I have talked to other people in our HOA and they have had the same problems that I had. Follow-up! After I wrote this, they asked me to take it down. No apology. Just take it down. They are trying to blame the problem on the previous company. Are you kidding me. They are totally at fault and their shoddy way of dealing with the clients has got a lot of people in this HOA steaming. They all had the same problem. I could write more about how horrible it was to deal with this company, but I won't. But they are bad. Worst customer service EVER.

  Karen Apable is the highly capable contract person for Lakeview Villas in Agoura Hills. She responds quickly to requests. Jena Forrest is the property manager and she is making good progress in addressing many issues resulting from delayed maintenance. They are the best of several teams we've had in my three years at the property.
