  Hopefully, this review offers valuable insight to any prospective residents. First of all, the location is a huge selling point. The Hallmark is sandwiched between two beautiful residential neighborhoods. In the middle, you have the heart of The Valley on Ventura Blvd. I could live here for a decade and never run out of new restaurants to try within a reasonable walking distance. Taking that into account, the rent feels pretty reasonably priced (at least by LA standards). Additionally, the community fosters a peaceful lifestyle. My neighbors are respectful, and the walls are fortified enough that I wouldn’t hear them anyways. The building offers nice amenities with gated, indoor parking, a hot tub, and a pretty courtyard. The crowning jewel of it all is the property manager Kris. He strikes the perfect balance between being organized and efficient while also being down-to-earth, personable, and hilarious. It’s reassuring to know your property manager has your back in a pinch and is a genuinely good person.

  Wonderful building, very well maintained, Awesome location! Dave is a great manager and makes you feel at home from day one. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a cozy atmosphere and neighbors that are kind and respectful.
