- PDPrettyredd Cougar (Dimples)Feb 10, 20231.0They had the audacity to tell me that i cant have not one thing on your credit report.They said that their are state city and goverment laws and they pick the law that they wanted to abide by and that was we accept section 8 but If you dont have emmacalent credit dont waste your time when i tried to ask futher questions he rush me off the phone I ask for the guy John that had initially returned my call and the said John who we have plenty of Johns just made a mockery of the whole conversation and if thats the case if i hada 700 credit score i wouldnt be applying to these apartments so dont waste your time
- DDDeboraDec 29, 20211.0For 8 months I didn't have hot water often. For 4 months my heater was on and off and nobody fixed it. There is not communication with anyone because the office still closed and if you are lucky someone answer the phone or respond emails you sent. My apartment had termites. It took more than 3 weeks for the person responsible to show up. The exterminators threw all the dirt the termites did on my furniture including my printer.Here it is pet friendly and practically all apartments have pets. No problem if there were regulations for pets not to urinate in the hallway, garage and everywhere else possible. In summer time it smells really bad.I was told that because apartments only have one bedroom, most residents would be couples or singles. In summer time it is difficult to use the pool because many children who do not live here show up and scream all day. I love kids and pets, I just don't like being disrespected. Anyway don't move over here, find a better place. The picture below is the way I was "taking " shower without hot water. I never will Forget it.
