It's a pleasure working with an escrow company that you never have to worry about or follow up with.

Being charged for services not provided is inappropriate and does not speak to sound business practices. Many of their fees are questionable. I have had many closings and never had to deal with incompetence like I did with this company. I am so disappointed in the way my closing was handled and would not recommend these people to anyone I care about.

As buyer, we ended up paying close to $3,000 for a house that was $565,000. If the listing/selling agent is with Coldwell Banker and try to push for this Escrow company, refuse or pay double the normal fees.
