  I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Dennis, the apartment manager, and I must say, he is truly exceptional. From the moment I moved in over 2 years ago, Dennis has been incredibly kind and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I have. His responsiveness is unmatched; whether it’s a maintenance request or a simple inquiry, Dennis ensures that everything is addressed promptly and efficiently. The location of the apartment is another great aspect. It’s situated in a nice area with stores and restaurants within easy reach. Overall, Dennis’s dedication to his role and the location of the apartment make it a wonderful place to live.

  Honestly have nothing but nice things to say. Maintenance issues are taken care of when they arise and the onsite manager Denis is always a pleasure to deal with. It’s a rather quiet building, never any issues with excessive noise. It is an apartment building after all.

  I have been living at The Windsor for about 3 years and it has been great! I love the location, which has so much to do. Love my apartment and the building is quiet and well kept. There is a jacuzzi and bbq, in the back, so you can hang out and relax. Peter, the manager, is awesome and super friendly! He responds fast and helps with any problem that arises. Also, maintenance is great.... super fast and friendly. I can not say enough good things about this apartment complex but I have lived in 3 different states, in multiple apartments, and this is by far my favorite. I also appreciate all the safety measures and support set up during the pandemic. I feel management truly cares about the health and well being of it’s residents. If you are looking for a new apartment I highly suggest The Windsor!! :)

  Glad to have found The Windsor Apartments! It's located so close to the Sherman Oaks Galleria and to many restaurants with delicious unique dishes! Peter, our landlord, is always so friendly and helpful! He responds and addresses any issues promptly and politely! He quickly sent the maintenance man to change the light bulb over the bathroom sink! We're lucky to have a landlord who does a good job addressing any issue with a smile! :) The gated parking space is assigned to each apartment and video monitored for safety!👍 Our neighbors are polite, friendly and it's nice and quiet. There is a jacuzzi and a barbecue grill in the back... great for grilling a delish dish and then relaxing in the jacuzzi!😎 Make The Windsor your home and come home to your castle! (I've been to Windsor Castle in England twice... so I've made The Windsor "my castle"!😁)

  I’d give 0 stars if possible. If you enjoy the property manager’s son screeching and screaming at all hours throughout the property, running in the hallway, and parents who don’t actually parent- then by all means, move into the Windsor. However, if you enjoy peace, quiet, and your sanity, stay far away from the Windsor. The property was apparently great before Azi took over, but that is no longer the case. The large walk in closets are a joke; there is no fitness center (this is claimed on several listings); Azi rarely, if ever, does her job and allows bulky items and trash to pile up all around the dumpsters; the ‘secure’ building doors are propped open by tenants constantly; the heating and a/c is so out of date that your electric bill will double; and the laundry room consists of 2 washers and 2 dryers for over 20 units. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Also, make sure every single thing that is agreed upon is in writing or you have a witness, Azi will make lots of guarantees to get you moved in and then backpedal every one. My time at the Windsor cannot end soon enough.
