This apartment is terrible please look for the signs apartment only has front room a/c back room is so hot it is unlivable you would have to buy and portable a/c witch means higher electric bill also washer/dryer combo is just for looks it is terrible unit takes 3 hours to complete and the clothes are still damp when done . Check the ceilings our unit had black spots in all the corners and edges of ceilings that could possibly be mold, also the shower and the toilet space is so small with no central air imagine trying to use the bathroom and it’s no joke 90 degrees in that small space with your knees basically touching the door or your partner trying to sleep and you have to wash your face and brush your teeth in the bedroom where there is no separation between the sink and bed area it is no privacy. Also front door of building is constantly being broken into and left broken for days back parking door is always left open and management is 50/50 on when they decide to respond back to emails or complaints please do yourself a favor and spend maybe 100-200 more and get true luxury this building is everything but luxury don’t be scammed or blinded by pricing they’re a slightly cheaper for a reason !!!!!!

I had no choice but to move out of Parkview Terrace Apartments because of the unsafe and unlivable conditions my family endured. During the summer, our unit reached temperatures over 90+ degrees, causing my infant daughter to suffer heat-related rashes all over her body. Even after purchasing a portable air conditioner, the bedroom never cooled down. Our household items literally melted (Vaseline, medicine, etc.), and the heat was so extreme that when we cooked, the fire alarm went off just from the oven being on.
The problems didn’t stop there. We were racially harassed by a neighbor, who sicked his pitbull on my husband and screamed the N-word at him multiple times. Another white neighbor downstairs harassed us by leaving notes and knocking on our door constantly. Despite reporting these incidents, management did nothing to protect us or address the situation. This left us fearful and ultimately forced us to move.
When my supportive family left honest reviews about the unlivable conditions, this complex’s rating dropped to 1 star. Instead of fixing the issues, management told us to take down the reviews in exchange for letting us move out without penalty. Clearly, they cared more about public image than tenant safety.
Even after leaving, the nightmare continued. We’ve sent 5 emails and made 3 phone calls with no response. Management unlawfully deducted money from our deposit for “wear and tear” paint, which is illegal in Los Angeles County. On top of that, they charged me a higher deposit than other tenants, despite having perfect 750+ credit and a six-figure income. This felt discriminatory and has serious racial undertones.
We plan to take Parkview Terrace to small claims court out of principle. I will not ever let a company silence me again. Please believe everything you read in these reviews—do not move here. There are far better, more luxury apartments in the area that actually care about tenants.
P.S. Even the washer/dryer takes 3 hours to clean a very small load of clothes.

I've lived here for a year and I really enjoyed my stay. Maintenance was very proactive and always gave timely notice of service work, and they also responded to service requests very quickly. The apartments were very clean and I felt safe, although the kitchen cabinets were really high so I couldn't really access them. I had a gated parking spot which was cool, but street parking otherwise can get kinda irritating.
I should note that the apartment complex to the east can get obnoxious, however, though that's no fault of Parkview. Sometimes you'll hear people blasting music at 7am on a Saturday, dogs yapping at night, etc.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Parkview to anyone.
