- CYCynthia YoungMay 19, 20251.0Beware of floodlights from the neighboring apartment into bedrooms - it's like sleeping in a Walmart parking lot. If you add blackout curtains, you lose all the air flow, and it is like an oven. Management ignores this problem. Management is never accessible by phone - you get a worthless chatbot. The elevator is scary - it often doesn't work, never with a notice, so you can be left standing there expecting an elevator stuck on the first floor because the 1st floor door is warped. The elevator buttons don't light up, so you never know if it works. I agree with Lindsay's review - management is usually unresponsive, and once you get a hold of them, they are condescending and blame residents when building issues are brought up.
