  We just moved in and couldn’t be happier with our apartment and the amenities. Everything is clean and well taken care of. We want to express our sincere appreciation to Audrey for all of her help throughout the leasing process. Our application was a bit complicated, but through her dedication and kindness, we were able to secure the perfect apartment. We truly can’t thank her enough. She was incredibly patient and supportive from start to finish. We are so happy to call Oak Creek our new home.

  I am living here for 4 years. Place is peaceful. Management and maintenance team are amazing. There is a community garden that I enjoy a lot. Nice place to live. I recommend it!

  Don't apply for these apartments unless it's really what you want and qualify for, they require 2-1/2 times rent in income. They will not give you back your holding deposit promptly. They will make you wait 21 days to get your money back per a cause on the paper work for the holding agreement on their website, or so they say. They will deactivate your account on their website immediately after rejecting your application and make it so you cannot review the documents you signed about the holding agreement, so I cannot tell if they are BSing me or not. Never mind that their application process on the website is very hard to navigate. If you are weighing your options for housing in Santa Rosa wait until you've exhausted all other options.

  Great place to live!:) .We lived here for 7 years, and enjoyed the wonderful homey community living in this complex. There's a community garden, a little sitting park, basketball courts, a kiddie playground, pool, sauna, gym, and nice community barbeque. Safe, pretty, and pleasant area of Rincon Valley neighborhood in Santa Rosa CA. Kaleena the Manager, is wonderful! 👋She is conscientious and assures the property is well maintained. Anytime there was a broken appliance or any other issues, she assured it was addressed immediately. The maintenance and repairs provided by Josh was great 👍 Just a great, clean, pleasant place to live. If you're looking for a new place to call home, this is it!
