- AMArturo MunizDec 15, 20253.0The move-in was great. Everything went pretty smooth. Only thing I had an issue with was some of the maintenance in the apartment was not too great. Shower rods not screwed in toilet. Plumbing wasn't too good. Had issues with the handle and flushing. Some outlet covers were not screwed down. A few of the doors don't close all the way or can't close all the way shower knob fell off.
- UBUseless BobDec 8, 20254.0Walnut Apts were NOT for me. 3 years w/ FPI Management locally has been good -to- perfect. Application criteria, lease agreement renewals, maintenance, & crazy fees ..... all seem about right. FYI: Say goodby to your privacy, cuz a RealPage account is mandatory. Pics as proof.
