We are near Sonoma State University, Santa Rosa Junior College, shopping, dining, parks, and Downtown. Did we mention that we are Pet Friendly? We accept Cats and Dogs under 25 lbs with a limit of 1 pet maximum per apartment.

Yep, .... forced a new fee during the lease term. Botched the roll-out too. Lucky for me I had an Xfiniity IE account & received a discount after freaking-out over the rent bill. (pic) FPI Management always finds a way to squeeze big money out of everyone. January 2026 , Asset Living now manages FPI & The Meadows.
