Yep, .... forced a new fee during the lease term. Botched the roll-out too. Lucky for me I had an Xfiniity IE account & received a discount after freaking-out over the rent bill. (pic) FPI Management always finds a way to squeeze big money out of everyone. January 2026 , Asset Living now manages FPI & The Meadows.
- JTJerry ThaoMar 18, 20245.0I have lived at The Meadows for over a decade. The grounds are well maintained (sidewalks, tree trimming, flower beds, lawn care, etc). It provides for a welcoming and safe environment to walk your dog, evening stroll, or a quick dash to the laundromat - the laundry machines are new and easy to use. Apartments are well maintained, the layout is well thought out, and the vaulted ceilings on the second floor apartments are a huge plus! Lastly, I appreciate the close proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants, the highway, and Taylor Mountain. Don't hesitate to become a tenant. You won't regret it!

Denise Myers, the property manager here, has been fantastic in assisting me with any and all questions and any repairs or concerns have been addressed quickly. She receives high marks for her professionalism and her compassion. She’s a keeper! Seriously. Jose the repair guy also gets a shout-out too- he’s fixed everything that has come his way.
