  Go Google: "Asset Living , FPI Management, Tilden Properties " .... along w/ The Marq. What returns is a management change-over due to the recent merger of FPI into Asset, for owner Tilden. I have a lease agreement w/ these clowns, who like to force mysterious fees on all tenants even during the lease term. Feb 2026 - Was The Marq staff fired ? Staff being replaced ? I don't know, .... however the new management firm is seeking personal all over Sonoma County. Pic as proof.

  La atención de la persona en la oficina fue excelente, nos aclaro todas las dudas sobre los apartamentos y nuestro contrato, fue muy fácil la comunicación y el proceso, Nos encanta nuestro nuevo hogar.

  I've lived here for years and I feel like doing my part in saying these apartments are a wonderful place to live. The pool is quite enjoyable and it even has two grills to use! The premises are well maintained and any labor done on the property is done at a reasonable hour. The age of the place does present complications that any home would face by this point but maintenance is knowledgeable enough to zap any issues almost immediately. And above all, the management cares about each individual. They've gone above and beyond their duties to ensure all needs are met by any resident who requests their services. They do a tiptop job of keeping this place I'm order. There are a few unavoidable issues concerning the property but at this capacity they're inevitable. Secondary parking can be difficult to find at times and navigating large furniture during the moving process can be difficult. But doable! Quite grateful to be living in such close proximity to Santa Rosa's largest park, a number of wonderful schools and a state park. Can't go wrong with this!
