Madison, the property manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She expressed how important it is for her to have trusted resources on hand to protect both the property and the tenants. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in how the property is managed. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who’s both professional and compassionate in this industry.

We applied to Renaissance for an apt that we couldn't visit in person (fine, Covid19), paid application fees and $300 holding deposit. We submitted all of the required documents and got "approved" within seconds. 10 days later and 2 days before our move-in day, we never received our welcoming letter or our lease to sign. We tried to reach them by phone or email but no success. Stay away! Edit: We got our holding deposit refunded.
