  The area of the apartments is very clean,nice and looks like a very nice neighborhood. The buildings and how they made the apartments are very comfortable. Aswell as when we got here the apartment seemed very clean and me and my family loved the apartments 10/10.

  I visited this apartment complex yesterday to introduce our restoration services for mold and water damage, and I was genuinely impressed. Madison, the property manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She expressed how important it is for her to have trusted resources on hand to protect both the property and the tenants. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in how the property is managed. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who’s both professional and compassionate in this industry.

  Hello, my name is Alex I have been living in the renaissance apartments since February, ever since we moved in here, I’ve been having constant issues with the dishwasher not working properly. We have had a technician come up multiple time to “fix” the issue with nothing changing We finally had the new technician named Juan come up to my apartment and spend the past two hours trying to figure out what was going on with our dishwasher, at first he didn’t know anything that was going on so he took a photo of the model number for the dishwasher went home and researched a fix by the time he came back he had a whole game plan of what to do going forward he started by pulling the entire dishwasher out and making sure that the sensors were being properly read, they were not so he put his little magic fingers on them and made them work correctly. Let me tell you Juan was very talkative talking to me the whole time and keeping me updated the entire time he was in my home 10/10 service good job Juan I will personally request you every time now.

  my partner and I were interested in apartments at this facility. we visited multiple times and were in the process of applying. we spoke to both melissa and madison whom were both on different pages and told us completely different things which made the process very confusing and difficult. we were told the deposit would be $600, then it changed to nearly $3,000 for the deposit when we spoke again, the rent was never as listed in the ads, tons of information is missing from the website and both melissa and madison didn’t seem to know the correct answers when asked either, it was constantly confusing and inconsistent. communication with both melissa and madison was unprofessional. this “business” stole our deposits and deceived us. overall, this whole process was confusing, a waste of time, a waste of money, and quite a disgusting display of how horribly ran this facility is. my partner and I decided to look elsewhere, you should too! do not waste your time, effort and money with this facility. this is not a place to call home, you deserve better! do better @Renaissance Apartments!
