  I love the management here at Park Vue in Santa Rosa, CA. The ladies are both friendly and welcoming. Every time I have an issue (light bulb when out in the bathroom) they had the maintainence man fix it. Prior to them our laundry card machines were broken for three weeks it broke again about two weeks ago and it didn’t take three weeks to get it fixed. They are so wonderful. Highly recommend🫶🏻

  Another decent FPI Management & Tilden Properties location ? ? ? Not too sure anymore after a botched roll-out of a forced $60. / mo "Bulk Internet Amenity". Freaked-Out after last rent bill. (pic) FPI mandated everyone to this new amenity & fee. Lucky for me I had an existing Xfinity IE account & received a discount.

  Park vue apartments is the worst apartment group and managment company I have ever lived in. I have not been able to use half of the outlets in my kitchen, and no matter how many time we contact managment, including in person conversations nothing gets fixed. The staff does not care at all about the residents, the apartments fall apart, and the hot tub almost never works. The worst part is the laundry room, only 3 or 4 of the washing machines work at all and all of them are dirty, musty, and clogged. Don't live here, they're overpriced and low quality apartments.

  Park Vue has been nothing short of amazing Brandon goes above and beyond! & from day one Alexandria has gone above and beyond as a manager. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and community. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she handled it quickly and with such kindness.

  Living here has been a great experience overall. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and in such a convenient, central location — close to great restaurants, shopping, and easy freeway access. The community has been noticeably improving lately, and management has been really attentive and professional. Alexandria, the property manager, is always kind and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, which makes a big difference. It’s a comfortable, well-run place to live, and I’m very happy to call it home.
