This 72-unit apartment complex is conveniently located near shopping, dining, entertainment, and transportation and provides desirable amenities such as a gated entry/exit, a seasonally opened pool, on-site laundry, one assigned carport parking space, and professionally maintained landscaping. Inside each apartment, you will find neutral paint colors, carpeted living room and bedrooms, vinyl kitchen and bathroom flooring, garbage disposal, a gas stove, and energy-efficient appliances. This apartment community offers one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom townhomes. Residents are responsible for all utilities. We allow one indoor pet cat with an additional security deposit.
