  ***WARNING*** Save yourself from an awful experience and sray away from this place. They fool you with one warm and friendly welcome, until you sign the lease. Once you are trapped with a two-month lease break penalty, you are on your own. Nobody ever picks up that phone. No amount of email will get you a reply. No voucemail is ever listened to. The office is practically abandoned. When you call the number and ask to talk to someone about the office being abandoned, you are connected to a remote worker who knows nothing about this property! When I moved in, I found my apartment in the most bizarre condition: door open, no keys, paint buckets, a ladder and lots of cleaning supplies scattered around! Maintenance had never finished. Over the next several days I kept trying to get it fixed. Eventually I was told: "just move the stuff out if they bother you"! I was not even given a key! To resolve that faster, I purchased a new lock myself, changed the lock and gave a key to the manager! It's a nice and quiet area, but absolutely not worth the headache. If they were intentionally trying to make this an unpleasant experience for the residents, they could not have done a better job.

  *** To future tenants, DO NOT rent here unless management changes *** I am trying to save someone else the amount of time and stress I've wasted on this place. I have lived here for 2.5 years now. I really liked the apartment. In the beginning, things were good. If we had a maintenance issue, it would normally be taken care of in a timely manner. In the past few months, things have changed drastically. Anytime we stop by the office, there is no one in there. Anytime we call the office, no one answers. I requested to fix my garbage disposal a month and a half ago. I was told a work order was put in. No one has stopped by. California tenant laws state that they have 30 days to complete work orders and we're not well past that. I'm currently pregnant and the smell coming from the garbage disposal has made it impossible for me to wash dishes. I wish I never moved here because the stress has affected me physically and mentally. I would move but with my baby on the way, having to move would be a nightmare. I cannot emphasize enough just how terrible management has been. It is non-existent. We have been left to fend for ourselves.

  Honestamente no recomiendo este lugar no son profesionales los contacté para rentar un apt con ellos me confirmaron la appointment para mirarlo manejé una hora y a la hora de llegar la oficina cerrada no merecen pero ni una estrella falta de ética no renten en este lugar
