- KIKimberly ItskovDec 10, 20251.0This place has been a never ending hell. We have lived here for over 3 years. Before we even signed the lease, we were shown where our parking spot would be. That was taken into our consideration when finalizing our lease. The parking spot was near the apartment, which makes sense. There are designated spots, one for each apartment number. The parking spots surround all of the apartments. Logic would tell a leasing company to assign each apartment to a spot close by. NOW, we get a letter after three years telling us former management made a mistake. Our parking spot is actually somewhere else, almost the furthest possible from our apartment. We are told we have to start parking there, instead. Our parking spot was given to someone else now. I am 5 months pregnant and soon I won’t be able to make it all the way to that parking spot. Imagine signing a lease and being told THREE YEARS LATER that the management at the time made a mistake. And somehow you have to pay the price for it. The story makes no sense and clearly something else is going on. I am trying to save future tenants the immense stress I feel. DO NOT fall for it. Do not move here. If I could move out right now, I would in a heartbeat.
