During the construction of this apartment complex, to provide maximum sound control, extra care was taken when pouring 1 ½” of lightweight concrete between the floors and framing the double stud walls with extra insulation between units.

Well maintained, beautiful grounds. Located very close to city and county bus mini transit mall, Smart Train, and large shopping center that includes Whole Foods and Target.

During the application process she was attentive and communicated easily with me. After receiving my $30 application fee and seeing my credit score things turned sour. She sent me an email stating that she would email me once she heard back from corporate about my application. 7 days passed by and I had to call and email her to get an updated. She sent me an email stating that she had sent a denial letter to an address that I NO LONGER live at. Meaning I would never receive the letter and she was aware of this. Indicating that she is anything but professional once you are considered ineligible to live at Coddington Mall apartments. She happily took my $30 but couldn’t communicate with me after that. I’d advise that you look somewhere else. I’d also like to add that she knew that I didn’t have good credit to begin with and yet she took an application fee. This goes to show just how professional they are at Coddington Mall Apartments. They only care about you when you are a potential tenant, but they don’t bother with professionalism when you are no longer eligible.
