- JTjenell kay TroxelApr 14, 20185.0At first I was hesitant since they only had two homes and not quite as nice as Clayton homes, however once we met the owner or manager not sure which but he was incredibly helpful and gave us great financial info about how much it would cost from beginning to end. He didn’t low ball so once we were done he basically showed us it was right at our budget. Also the house was way nicer than Clayton homes. So don’t pass him up based on what you see from the street.

He took two months to produce a quote (the factory is on a one week turn around on quotes!) that was not to our specifications! Beware! I ordered the same home through another distributor.
- MCM CBJun 6, 20171.0Bruce is nice, friendly, polite, charming. That's it. Don't expect help or any advise for geting the right lot to put the house, prepare to pay almost the price of the house for place it where you want it. Don't bother to call and ask for advise, they won't return your calls. It seems like they don't want to do business or they are too busy to even keep in touch with possible customers. What a disappointment.
