  Extremely difficult to get hold of an actual person . Your phone call is answered by AI and even when AI tells you that it has informed a colleague who will call you back , but I have never received a call . I withdrew my application within 72 hours on last Tuesday morning , called , informed AI to cancel my application, it said it had cancelled my application , but I did not get any written response to acknowledge that my request has been processed . So I went before noon to the office to make sure an actual person has acknowledged my decision to withdraw my application , I was told that she would cancel and I should see refund within 72 hours . It has been more than 72 hours and I still have not received refund . Called again , and same AI response . All these calls have been during their regular work hours .

  This is the second time I book a guided tour and it’s confirmed through email notifications and I go in person and their a handwritten note saying the office is closed and you call and their always “no office staff available” just an ai lady who can’t help you with anything. We are completely disinterested now and understand why they have so many bad reviews. You guys are losing a lot of new renters with poor office staff and management in general. If this is how you treat and respond to new potential renters I can’t imagine how poorly they treat you once you’re an actual renter.

  Absolutely ZERO stars, but it makes me click one start to post. This place is a joke. The ridiculous charge/fees for everything are insane. You can never get anyone on the phone instead talk to virtual assistance Emma who is a robotic response. I moved out Nov 23rd and still waiting on my return deposit. Can't reach a live person and have inquired online 5 times - still waiting and no one is responding

  The new (6 months old) management team is not resident-friendly. They have their "Will return" or "In a meeting" sign on half the time. When they are there, while polite, they offer only lip-service for requests like, "please clean the hallway carpets they are badly soiled." The one team member cannot do anything but pass requests along, saying, "I'll have to ask the manager." I also echo the other posters comments.
