We’re still trying to get a response from management about the ongoing noise complaints from the unit above us in 1036. They’ve stopped replying to our emails altogether. We even reached out to the company that owns the property they said they’d get back to us, but it’s been over a month with no response. We’ve called the police several times and security over a dozen times, yet nothing has been done. I’ve lived here since the property first opened, so I’ve seen this issue develop from the very beginning it’s not just a recent. No stars for this place
- SLSeaside LandscapesOct 13, 20251.0I moved in May 2024. I was sold on the amenities of our facility here at 38 North. It is now October 2025 There is still no working hot tub. There is still no working barbecue and pizza oven at our phase 2 complex. I have lived with aunts now, invading the apartment for three months now. They are getting in from outside and I imagine they are in our walls. I find out today that the EV parking spots don’t have EV charging plugs either which is seriously at all misconception, I don’t blame the people that work here. I feel sorry and bad for them to have to deal with this. I blame the ownership of the property is to my knowledge now that both pool hot tubs are non-functioning for $3500 a month 1 would think these are amenities that would be working. Let’s go management protest your owners as they are reaching all the benefits and dishing you all the work. Check the records people are moving out. Let’s get something done.

She took the time to hear what I wanted and answered my questions with enthusiasm and detail. I have toured quite a few complexes and this was my best experience thus far. I really appreciated her taking my concerns as a mom seriously and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on where we move next. Also the units are beautiful and I love where it is located. They had more floor plans then I realized and I was able to tour the ones that worked best for us. Also love the amenities they offer. We’re probably not moving until early next year, but this is definitely a high contender for me.

She is very cheery, personable, knowledgeable, and very positive! I’m glad she was there to help get this journey started for my family and I.
