She is a person with a cheerful, educated, and intelligent personality. The apartments are very cozy and beautiful. I love being part of this place.
- MIMary InocencioJan 9, 20261.0None of the lease agreement rules are followed by tenants or management. Unattended dogs barking on the balcony's at all hours of the day for hours. When brought up nothing is done. I want to say a huge thank you to maintenance, need a raise for sure.

The customer service is consistently unhelpful, and getting anyone to answer the phone feels impossible. Work orders take far too long to be addressed, and there was a constant ant problem in my unit that management never properly helped with. To make things worse, within my first week of living there, my car was towed with no clear communication or support from the office. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and poor service made my stay extremely frustrating.
