- MIMary Inocencio4 days ago1.0None of the lease agreement rules are followed by tenants or management. Unattended dogs barking on the balcony's at all hours of the day for hours. When brought up nothing is done. I want to say a huge thank you to maintenance, need a raise for sure.

The customer service is consistently unhelpful, and getting anyone to answer the phone feels impossible. Work orders take far too long to be addressed, and there was a constant ant problem in my unit that management never properly helped with. To make things worse, within my first week of living there, my car was towed with no clear communication or support from the office. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and poor service made my stay extremely frustrating.

The view is great, and the amenities have always been a big plus for us. However, the ongoing maintenance issues have been a major disappointment. Communication is consistently lacking, and several work orders have either gone unfinished or never started, despite being marked as “completed.” Most recently, I received a notification stating that our bedroom A/C unit—originally claimed to be repaired four months ago—had finally been fixed, along with our defective blinds. I was home all day, and no one ever showed up. No call, no message, no attempt to enter the unit—yet the job was closed out as if it had been done. We really enjoy living here, but the maintenance process and communication need serious improvement.
