management is very bad at getting back to you, office is always closed. nobody ever answers the phone no matter what time you call. definitely think they need to hire more people or work on communicating better, so residents are able to get the help they need. also valet trash is $35 a month but sometimes they don’t come when it’s not even a holiday. trash sits outside, with the bins that are required to be put out that we NEED in order to replace our trash bags with. other than that lol, the community is awesome and everyone is very nice and for the most part quiet at reasonable hours.

Y’all keep getting rid of anybody that knows how to actually run an apartment and I’ve only gotten help when the apartment was leaking water from the roof other than that I’ve been told that I need to talk to another manager but they are never in the office and never call or msg back (like I’ve been told they would). I’m very disappointed in quality of management. It seems like the apartment has been ran by temps for the last couple months.
Overall we are content here. It’s been up and down but they are sorting things out. I feel like the modern apartment (valet) living trend just needs to be fine tuned so it’s more tenant friendly and less money grubbing if that’s even possible today. That said at this apartment you will hear neighbor noises thru walls and they could clean the staircases since garbage spills, droppings and crud looks embarrassing when guests visit. And the A/C situation is an ongoing functionality issue. Hopefully we will stay another year or two and buy another home. I do feel safe here and the apartment layouts are nice.
This property is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The office staff is disorganized, lacks accountability, and regularly delays or mishandles paperwork while shifting blame onto residents. There has been constant turnover in management, which shows a clear lack of leadership and stability.
Quiet hours are not enforced at all. Ongoing disturbances like loud door slamming, wall banging, knocking, and excessive noise late at night make it difficult to live comfortably, and management does little to address it.
For a place that claims to be “luxury,” the quality does not match. You can hear through walls, floors, and even plumbing. On top of that, renewal rent prices are unreasonable given the conditions.
Overall, this property lacks structure, professionalism, and proper management. I would not recommend living here.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about two years, and while my initial experience had only minor issues, my recent unit transfer has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
During my time here, I’ve dealt with smaller concerns like parking spaces being reassigned and ongoing problems with the rent payment app. However, the biggest issue has been my recent transfer from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom unit.
My original move-in date was pushed back not once, but three separate times. I was told delays were due to a lack of maintenance staff, which was already concerning. When I was finally told the unit was ready, I requested a walkthrough—only to find the apartment was not move-in ready at all. It hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. The walls were stained with chipped paint throughout, there was a sharp screw sticking out of a wall, a broken power outlet, and the sink disposal system was not working.
Although maintenance addressed some of these issues, the disposal is still not fixed to this day. These problems caused further delays and made what should have been a straightforward transfer unnecessarily stressful.
To make matters worse, I was charged a $200 transfer fee, which feels completely unjustified given how poorly the process was handled. On top of that, I was required to reapply and resubmit all documentation as if I were a brand-new tenant—despite already living here for two years.
After finally moving in, I was unexpectedly charged additional fees totaling around $2,000, which made no sense considering I had already paid $2,480 in move-in costs. It took multiple emails back and forth with the leasing office to get those charges corrected. Even now, I’m still dealing with questionable charges from my previous unit that are supposedly being “investigated” by their accountant.
Overall, the experience has been incredibly disorganized and stressful. Communication from the leasing office has been inconsistent, and I often received conflicting information depending on who I spoke with.
The only positive part of this experience has been Kenzraeli, who has been the most proactive and helpful in trying to resolve some of these issues.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this complex to others. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their processes for future tenants.
