  I had a tour scheduled today at 2:00 PM, which I booked in advance. I arrived on time, but no one was there - no agent, no message, nothing. After waiting, I had to call the agent myself. Only then was I informed that the last one-bedroom and the apartment had already been rented the day before. What’s most frustrating is that no one canceled my appointment or notified me ahead of time. I ended up finding out about this while standing outside their locked door, after wasting my time and rearranging my schedule for nothing. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable.

  I have been staying at this apartment for three months, and the experience has been great. Alyssa, our property manager, is very responsive to all our questions. She even gave us her direct line, so it is very easy to reach her. The apartment is in a newer building, so the units are new and well-maintained. We also have dedicated parking spots, which is a great perk.Additionally, the apartment is in a convenient location, hence, we can find everything we need within minutes of driving. Overall, my family and I have been happy with the experience.

  The place is always spotless and tidy, the facilities here are excellent. The guys here are incredible. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone.

  I anticipate the building to be nice, the rate to be reasonable, and the construction to be of good quality when I move here. And it's just what I'd hoped for.
