- AАлександра ИльинаDec 17, 20251.0I had a tour scheduled today at 2:00 PM, which I booked in advance. I arrived on time, but no one was there - no agent, no message, nothing. After waiting, I had to call the agent myself. Only then was I informed that the last one-bedroom and the apartment had already been rented the day before. What’s most frustrating is that no one canceled my appointment or notified me ahead of time. I ended up finding out about this while standing outside their locked door, after wasting my time and rearranging my schedule for nothing. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable.
