  I love where I live because of the previous manager, Ella! She made us feel welcome and she was always helpful. I miss her so much! She looked us straight in the eye and she always had a warm personality. I wish her well., but I wish we had her back. Everything is great but there's issues with the surveillance cameras that need to be addressed and I don't know who's at fault. I am very concerned for my own sake.

  I’m writing this on my behalf and on behalf of many residents who truly miss the previous manager, Ella. Things have not been the same since she left. Ella genuinely cared about the community, stayed on top of maintenance, communicated clearly and always made residents feel heard. Since she left the level of service and attention we were used to has noticeably changed. Many of us still talk about how smoothly everything ran when she was here. We’re thankful for all she did, and we hope management recognizes the impact she had.

  During our two year lease with The Breakers we were never disappointed with the service provided by the on-site team. Ella, our warm and wonderful landlord, always went above and beyond to make residents feel connected and engaged with one another, hosting seasonal and holiday events in the community space with prizes and food available. She also was highly attentive, always responding to questions and concerns in a timely and effective manner. The maintenance technician, Denis, assisted us on more than one occasion with appliance repairs and furnace maintenance. Specifically, one day when we were away and had requested our sink be unclogged, Denis went above and beyond. With our explicit permission, he cleared out our cluttered cabinet under the sink so that he could effectively fix the clog, and then neatly reorganized our items to fit nicely back under the sink. Overall, The Breakers is a wonderful property with a great location and great staff! We really enjoyed our time living there — you won’t regret choosing The Breakers for your next home!

  I absolutely loved living here! Its been a year living here on the third floor where I honestly loved watching the sunsets from. The on-site laundry was so convinient for me and if there was any issue Ella was very understanding and would resolve any issue quickly. Ella really cares for her renters and puts all her effort to provide good services. She was able to communicate and always has a positive attitude. She is genuinely a nice and sweet person who is always there to help. I especially enjoyed the dog park. My partner would be in town with her puppy and she absolutely enjoyed talking walks there. Overall, its a well maintained community that welcomes you with open arms. Thank you to Ella, it's been a pleasure to live here.
