  I love where I live because of the previous manager, Ella! She made us feel welcome and she was always helpful. I miss her so much! She looked us straight in the eye and she always had a warm personality. I wish her well., but I wish we had her back. Everything is great but there's issues with the surveillance cameras that need to be addressed and I don't know who's at fault. I am very concerned for my own sake.

  I’m writing this on my behalf and on behalf of many residents who truly miss the previous manager, Ella. Things have not been the same since she left. Ella genuinely cared about the community, stayed on top of maintenance, communicated clearly and always made residents feel heard. Since she left the level of service and attention we were used to has noticeably changed. Many of us still talk about how smoothly everything ran when she was here. We’re thankful for all she did, and we hope management recognizes the impact she had.

  Hello. IAM a resident of the Breakers Apartments for approximately 3 years.. I have been truly blessed to have such luxury of living here. Besides the rent is really good with an outstanding , beautiful place to call my home.. I would personally like to mention that maintenance is done by a truly gifted young man named Dennis.. and even our property manager Ella is truly an outstanding person as well as Management to this beautiful property..very well maintained, and even pet friendly! So I really like to give a rate of five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ P.Brown Tenant of The Breakers Apartments

  Living at The Breakers was a great experience. The community was quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The community director, Ella, and the maintenance technician, Denis, were both incredibly helpful and professional. Ella was always friendly and responsive, while Dennis quickly handled any maintenance issues I had. I truly appreciated their support throughout my lease.
