  We had the pleasure of working with Julian, purchasing our cabin in Long Barn, Ca. Even though he is in Santa Cruz, Ca, he was quick to meet us up 3 hours away from home. He was very friendly, organized, professional, and quick to respond to all of our calls, texts and emails. We felt very comfortable with him and his ability to help us close on our 1031 exchange.   If I could give Julian 10 stars out of 5 I would. This man makes the process of buying a house stress free for you. And what I mean by that is he will do EVERYTHING for you. You simply tell Julian what you want, and he will scour the area for you and provide you a comprehensive and well thought out list of homes for you based on your specific criteria. I was a difficult client and didn't know what I wanted, Julian being the absolute professional he is was still able to accommodate my needs and find me a perfect place. Julian also provides excellent customer service. If he feels that you, his client is not being treated fairly or not getting the absolute best deal he WILL stick out his neck for you and go to bat in your corner to make sure you are well taken care of. On top of that this man's patience is as deep as the summer day is long. He will stick with you until the end to make sure you find your dream home no matter how long it takes. He never will pressure you into a deal you are uncomfortable with. He listens to all of his clients well and is a true professional with years of experiance. Him growing up in the Santa Cruz area ensures you are getting a well vetted opinion from a local. If you do not want to deal with the process of buying a house and want everything done for you by a top tier professional that will accommodate all of your needs, then Julian is the clear choice for you. I will recommend him to everyone and anyone. Thank you Julian for helping me find my dream home and ending my chapter of homelessness!!

  This message is for anyone out there looking to purchase their first home. My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the much needed help of Julian Sekon. We have had experiences with other realtors prior to our purchase and the comparison was absolute night and day. Julian was there for us no matter the time of day or how many questions we had. He made the intricate process of purchasing a home simple and a pleasure. He is ALWAYS reachable via text, email or phone. He treated us both with respect and most importantly transparency. There will be zero surprises when you go with Julian. He truly had our best interests throughout the entire process. I cannot thank him enough for getting us through our first home purchase. There is honestly no one I would recommend more. If you are unsure about the process of buying a home he will guide you from start to finish without a hidden agenda and nothing but honesty. He truly cares about family and people, real estate is not only a career to him. If you reach out to him you will end up with the home of your dreams and a true lifelong friend.   WE had the best experience with Julian as our Agent. He was excellent in communicating with us, sharing expectations so we knew what to expect all the way through the process. His help with prepping the property to get the most out of our home, was priceless.   We worked with Julian to sell our home in Santa Cruz County during a very competitive time in the market. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our investment and always encouraged us to think about what we could do to make the house shine on listing day. Not only that, he put in a good amount of sweat equity himself and led all onsite coordination for us as out-of-state sellers. He stayed in excellent communication throughout the process, always calling to check in and follow up. We wanted our home to go to someone special, and it absolutely did.
