  I helped friends through what we thought should have been a much more arduous process, friends of mine who were in anxious straits, if not quite dire. I was helped with credit unfreezing, the dreaded ( but Easy, as it turned out) Appraisal, the application and the clearing of the way for the complex understandings and decisions, in this case. Dan was called many times for help, and it was amazing how responsive he was. He always answered. He made each step easier than it was expected to be, in our minds. He was fast, friendly, and non-pushy- but always, always available and quick with answers and careful scrutiny which we appreciated no end. Each step was met with ease and aplomb, and the closing was on time and without surprises. Impeccable service and thoughtful advice, every step of the way. Would not hesitate to recommend Dan if a reverse mortgage would help in your own unique big-picture situation. We were skeptical and guarded in the beginning, and wound up as grateful believers in Mutual of Omaha as well as in Dan Casagrande.

  My husband and I saw Dan’s “Reverse Man Dan” commercials on TV and he just seemed so personable I gave him a call. I’m so glad I did! Dan really takes his time to explain the reverse mortgage process, goes over the numbers, and was always available to answer our questions (even when he was on vacation!). He knows what he is doing and is so easy to work with, we highly recommend him!

  all questions answered promptly and clearly. mostly done on line and when in person no problem being covid safe. the entire process was fairly quick and painless thanks to Dan.

  I would like to recommend to whomever is considering or just wants to get information regarding a home reverse mortgage to contact Dan. I spent a month shopping for the best terms and service regarding a reverse mortgage for my mom. I went through the process with other lenders and their representatives multiple times. I can say without a doubt that dan both in terms of the quality of the loan and the service he provided to our family that he exceeded our expectations with his knowledge and attentive, carting service he provided our family. The stipulations of the loan were far better than the other 3 lenders we got quotes from. If you have ever considered a home reverse mortgage for yourself or like me a elderly parent or loved one save yourself the time and contact dan first you will be happy you did and if you decide to go forward with the loan be rest assured it's the best loan out there and the best local services

  My name is Bill, I live in Santa Cruz. I have been very pleased with Dan's service. He set up my reverse mortgage in 2012. I have called him several times over the last few years with questions about my loan and some of the intricacies of reverse mortgages. He has always been there to answer them and help.
