And, most important, it has a GREAT property manager, Ella. Ella is fantastic! She is professional and treats all tenants with dignity and respect. She resolves all issues and needs in a timely manner. She is always available, unlike most property managers I have come across in my years of renting. And, Ella does all of this while also managing a much larger property as well. So, hats off to Ella for making the Clay Street Residences a safe and great place to reside. Thank you Ella!
