  don’t usually write reviews, but my experience living here for six months was so disappointing that I felt it was important to share. From the beginning, I never felt welcomed. Instead, I often felt uncomfortable and, at times, like I didn’t belong in a place I was paying to call home. Interactions with management and staff were frequently rude and overly intrusive. Having guests over became stressful instead of enjoyable. My guests were questioned about why they were there, and even simple things like parking or entering the property felt uncomfortable for them. It created an environment where I felt like I had to constantly justify normal, everyday situations. I also hosted a gathering at the clubhouse—an amenity available to residents—and despite paying a cleaning fee, I was still expected to do extensive cleaning afterward, which felt unreasonable and unfair. To make matters worse, it took nearly two months to receive my deposit back after moving out. This wasn’t just one incident—it was a pattern that made my entire time there stressful and unpleasant. At times, the way I was treated raised serious concerns about fairness and how residents are respected. A home should feel safe, welcoming, and comfortable—not like you’re being watched or questioned. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to think carefully before signing a lease.

  Gotta give it up to Cassandra she was amazing loved her great attitude and very informative. WOW what a beautiful new complex. Amazing apartments definitely the nicest I’ve seen. Going back with my roommate so she can see them for herself and sign that lease, can’t wait. Can’t wait to move in!

  I've been living here for 5 months, and so far I absolutely love living here. The staff keeps everything clean and maintained to assure everybody has a great living experience in this complex. From the very beginning, Cassandra has been amazing with helping me with any little inconvenience or any questions that I may have. She's super friendly and professional. The overlook is worth checking out, and Cassandra will be ready to answer all your questions.

  I had a great experience living at The Overlook in Santa Clarita. The property is well-maintained, clean, and feels like a safe and welcoming community. I especially want to highlight Cassandra, the manager, who is always incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, always addressing any questions or concerns quickly and with a great attitude. It’s not always easy to find a place with management that truly cares, but Cassandra definitely goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend The Overlook to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Santa Clarita.

  I am planning on moving to the area soon, so I’ve been exploring different apartment options. This building is one of the communities I am very interested in. From what I’ve seen so far, it looks well-maintained and in a convenient location. The leasing staff has been helpful and provided useful information during my inquiry, which made the process feel smooth and welcoming. I appreciate how responsive and professional they have been while answering my questions.
