  I absolutely love Cherrie and Zach. We wasted a month on the market when it was super hot (even during COVID), with a totally useless realtor and when we finally pulled the plug, in came Cherrie to the rescue. We did not take this decision lightly -- we did a ton of research on who would be the best person for the job and Cherrie was a clear winner. I know she'd never say this, but I can promise you I was her biggest pain the butt client, and she was still super nice every step of the way, and would always immediately text me back (that is a big deal for me) with her honest opinion about everything. In the month that we were on the market with our previous realtor we had 1 showing. In the month that we were on the market with Cherrie we had 23 showings, resulting in an offer and a sale. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend her to anyone!!

  Cherrie and team were instrumental in helping my wife and I relocate from Santa Barbara to Santa Clarita. We listed our home in Goleta and the home was sold in a timely manner. The social media and marketing efforts were a huge contributing factor in our condo selling as fast as it did. Simultaneously Cherrie and team actively searched for our new home in Santa Clarita. Within 1-2 weeks of selling our condo in Goleta, we were in escrow in Santa Clarita. The transaction was smooth, and Cherrie made everything effortless and painless. Thank you!!!!!!

  I want to be honest, I usually don't write reviews but when I do it's either you left a Great impression on me or it was a Nightmare of an experience.This isn't the first time we have used Cherrie and Zach. They actually helped us purchase our home just over three years ago. My wife and I were so impressed with how great Cherrie and Zach treated us and worked with us there was no way I wasn't going to have them sell a rental we had. I contacted Cherrie regarding our property and even though it was a little out of the area Cherrie was all in !!!!! Our home was in the Antelope Valley a tough place to sell. I knew without a doubt that the skills Cherrie and Zach possess as a team could not be beat. With all their experience in sales marketing they had our home sold in an astonishing 10 days which is almost unheard of for that area. Cherrie did such a great job in staying in communication with through the whole process all the way through closing. So all I can say is, if your in the market to either sell or buy a home do yourself a favor and hire Cherrie and Zach from NextHome Real Estate Rockstars!!!!

  I can honestly say I do not remember how we came across Zach & Cherrie, but I am extremely grateful we did. From the start everything about our sale and purchase demanded constant attention and work. We may have been the neediest clients ever. Within a day they had my house photographed, on the market, a very successful open house set up and executed, and all while constantly keeping us in the loop. Because of the open house and great internet listing, the house had multiple offers in a day and eventually up to 5 at once. The buyers of the house that we choose were very demanding and Zach & Cherrie bent over backwards to make both sides happy. The house was quickly sold in order for us to purchase a New Construction home. You might not think a realtor is needed for new construction, but this proved otherwise. They were able to negotiate more than I ever imagined or would have thought to ask for. They were able to get additions, buyers credit, landscaping, and money towards upgrades that I know for a fact I would have over looked. I cant express enough how helpful they were and lucky we are to have them as our realtors. Thank you again!
