We wasted a month on the market when it was super hot (even during COVID), with a totally useless realtor and when we finally pulled the plug, in came Cherrie to the rescue. We did not take this decision lightly -- we did a ton of research on who would be the best person for the job and Cherrie was a clear winner. I know she'd never say this, but I can promise you I was her biggest pain the butt client, and she was still super nice every step of the way, and would always immediately text me back (that is a big deal for me) with her honest opinion about everything. In the month that we were on the market with our previous realtor we had 1 showing. In the month that we were on the market with Cherrie we had 23 showings, resulting in an offer and a sale. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend her to anyone!!
